Reactive Dyes

Description

Reactive dyes are a class of highly water-soluble dyes that chemically react with the substrate (usually cellulose fibers) to form a covalent bond. This unique feature allows the dye to become part of the fiber, resulting in excellent wash and light fastness. They are mainly used for dyeing natural fibers such as cotton, linen, and viscose, although they can also be used on wool and silk under certain conditions.
